Welcome to the FCS support page!  Here you can send in your computer-related issue, request for multimedia or website assistance, etc.  Before continuing with your ticket, make sure you have purchased one or more blocks of time. You will need to enter your Time Block’s ID in the subject line of your new ticket.  Tickets submitted without a Time Block ID will not be serviceable.  You will be able to request a day and time for servicing after creating your support ticket.
